Zero Tolerance Policy

We are dedicated to a safe and respectful environment. Any sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior—such as advances, requests, or jokes—is unacceptable. If such behavior occurs, the massage therapist will end the session immediately. You will still be required to pay in full, and a report may be filed with local authorities.

Deposits

Cancellation/Rescheduling

No Show/Late

For new clients, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits can be made via Venmo or Cash App, with the remaining balance due upon service completion.

To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48-hour notice to apply your deposit to the new appointment. Late rescheduling will forfeit your deposit. While we understand that life happens, repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

If no one is available 10 minutes after the session start time, we will consider it a cancellation and charge you accordingly. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but the session will still end at the scheduled time.

 Silence is highly encouraged. The goal of massage is to move away from the sympathetic (flight or fight) into the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system response.
