Policies

Arrival Time

  • On your first initial booking with YSM, your therapist will arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. (For example, at 9:45AM for a 10:00AM session).

  • After the initial visit, your therapist will arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. (For example, at 9:55AM for a 10:00AM session).

Set Up Space

  • Please have an area available to setup in, 12ft x 12ft per table is ideal. 

Clean Up

  • Access to a bathroom or sink with good hand soap to wash up before and after sessions is ideal. If you need us to bring soap, please let us know.

Deposit

  • For all new clients, a 50% deposit to exclusively hold your appointment is required. (For example, $60 deposit for 60 minutes, $80 for 90 minutes, and $110 for 120 minutes)

  • At this time, deposits can be made through Venmo or Cash App.

  • You will be charged the remaining balance after the completion of your service.

Parking

  • If free parking is not available, clients are responsible for covering all parking fees associated with their visit.

  • We will provide receipt proof of the parking fees through text message.

Cancellation and Reschedule
*deposits are non-refundable*

  • We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 48-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that we cannot fill that appointment time slot when you cancel or miss your appointment without giving a 48-hour notice.

  • To reschedule your appointment, the client must provide at least a 48-hour notice in advance to use the same deposit payment. If a client reschedules in less than 48-hours, the deposit cannot be used for a future appointment.

  • YSM understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, repeated cancellations may result in the refusal of future appointments

  • At this time, deposits can be made through Venmo or Cash App.

  • You will be charged the remaining balance after the completion of your service.

No Show/Late

  • Should we arrive at the session destination and there is nobody available to receive us up to 10 minutes after session start time we will assume you canceled and charge you accordingly.

  • Should you be late and arrive 10 minutes into the session we are happy to still provide the requested service, but the session will end at the appointed time.

COVID 19 Standards

  • I will bring a mask and wear one upon your request. 

  • If you have been sick with any flu, virus, or any sort of symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Please note: we require 48-hour advance notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
