While exploring a path in nursing, I realized I wanted to help people more personally— in a way that allowed me to truly connect and support the body's healing process from within. That journey led me to massage therapy, and I've never looked back.
Since graduating from Cortiva Institute in 2016, I've worked in both clinical and spa settings, helping clients find relief from chronic pain, tension, TMJ discomfort, sciatica, and the everyday stressors that leave us feeling stuck.
In 2021, I was introduced to Ortho-Bionomy®, and everything clicked. What drew me to this approach was its subtle yet profound results. Rather than forcing change, Ortho-Bionomy® works with your body, respecting its signals and trusting its innate wisdom.

When I'm not in the studio, you'll usually find me exploring movement, spending time outdoors, or in float therapy - because the best practitioners never stop learning what ease feels like in their own bodies.
