Hello there! I am a 2016 graduate of the Cortiva Institute in King of Prussia PA, and a member in good standing with the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International. Prior to massage therapy and bodywork, I spent two years studying prerequisites for nursing school at PSU-Abington. However, after experiencing the transformative power of massage, I decided to redirect my career path and have never looked back.​​​

 

My ongoing education in non-invasive bodywork therapies has been a constant source of inspiration for me. These therapies utilize gentle, subtle movements and supportive positioning to facilitate the body's natural self-correcting mechanisms. This approach has confirmed my belief in the body's intrinsic ability to heal itself, and I have seen firsthand how supporting this process can lead to long-term improvements in physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

 

​Outside of my practice, I am an avid traveler and explorer, with a particular passion for visiting the wonders of National Parks across the country. I am also deeply committed to personal growth and professional development, always seeking opportunities to learn from the best instructors and educators in the field. When it comes to staying active, I find joy in pilates, kettlebells, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Additionally, my family is blessed with the presence of two beautiful cats named Jade and Poppy who fill our home with an abundance of gentleness, love, and laughter.
